# Best Practices to Avoid Becoming the Next Cyber Scandal

In this session our cybersecurity attorneys will review the legal aspects of cyber incident preparedness and provides best practices to help keep you out of the papers. The program will discuss proactive legal strategies, including developing and testing a comprehensive incident response plans which include training and vulnerability assessments, and review of company processes, as well as roles and responsibilities of individuals throughout the organization.
