In this session, our advertising attorneys will discuss how to avoid common pitfalls when substantiating advertising claims through the use of scientific testing, surveys, and statistical analysis, as well as ways to defend your substantiation in litigation. We cover the standards for scientific evidence and the factors that go into making an expert report and expert witness admissible, effective, and decisive.
