How Do You Ensure They Are Recognized?” at the 2023 National Association of Attorney General SABA Bankruptcy Seminar. Claims and Property of the Estate (POE) are the two sides of a legal coin, integral to bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law. This webinar will explore the complexities surrounding these topics, addressing critical questions like when future or inchoate events become ​“claims” and how knowledge and notice issues impact claim filing and plan discharge. Furthermore, the event will examine the influence of prior bankruptcy filings on clean-up actions and liability cases, including illness-exposure liabilities. Jim will be joined by Judge Craig Goldblatt (Bankr. D. Delaware), Sander L.
