The session will cover the CCPA’s applicability to non-profits and B2B companies, key exemptions from CCPA, any ​‘Gotchas’ companies should be aware of, and questions such as: What is a 3rd party and what’s a service provider and what are the differences between the two? What about data covered by HIPAA or GLBA?
