Partner Laurence J. Lasoff was a speaker at the ABA Section of International Law Committee’s ​“Buy American In The Stimulus Era” event on November 13, 2009 in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lasoff was part of a panel that discussed the various Buy American restrictions in government contracting and their real-world implementation. The panel examined domestic content restrictions including the Buy America requirements, the Buy American Act, and the Buy American provisions contained in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
