Partner [Gonzalo Mon](/Our-People/Gonzalo-E-Mon) will speak at the upcoming ANA Masters of Advertising Law Conference. This session will be an in-depth discussion of the ethical considerations under the American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct that lawyers must address in advertising. Topics will include obligations to clients in the context of confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and organizational representations as well as ways to address Attorney-Client Privilege when representing organizations with subsidiaries and third-party interests with best practice suggestions.
