Partner [John Villafranco](/Our-People/John-E-Villafranco) spoke at the 58th Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, April 21 - 23, 2010 in Washington, D.C. The conference was a comprehensive review of developments in antitrust and consumer protection law. The meeting addressed antitrust and consumer protection issues, featuring a faculty that included leading antitrust lawyers from the U.S. and non-U.S. enforcement agencies, corporate law departments and law firms, as well as economists and academics.

John’s session was titled ​“Antitrust and Consumer Protection Fundamentals.” The panel discussed the principles of antitrust law for those new to the field and provided a refresher course for more experienced practitioners.
