The Risky World of Pricing” at the 2026 Antitrust Spring Meeting for the American Bar Association in Washington, D.C. Bill and his fellow panelists will speak about regulatory and litigation trends regarding pricing. This session will cover junk fees, drip pricing, and the role of experts in analyzing consumer perception, and the evolving legal landscape around consent and cancellation of subscription services.
