Her session, ​“ADA/FMLA Avalanche – How to Manage Disabled Employees and Avoid Litigation,” will review the various laws dealing with disabilities and leaves of absence based on medical conditions that front-line personnel need to be aware of, the steps that need to be taken when requests for accommodations are made and the types of scenarios that often end up in litigation
