Partner [Tom Cohen](/Our-People/Thomas-W-Cohen) was part of the ACA Connects team that discussed Congress’ bipartisan efforts to enact a broadband infrastructure package that includes $65 Billion in new funding, and examined the opportunities and challenges this legislation would create for operators. They also covered the latest from the FCC and look ahead to what may be coming soon, including in the area of broadband regulation. In addition, they highlighted some of the key regulatory obligations and compliance deadlines that ACA Connects and NCTC members need to be aware of.
