ABA’s 2024 Antitrust Spring Meeting will take place April 10 – 12, 2024, at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C. This conference is a gathering of international antitrust/competition, consumer protection, and data privacy enforcers and professionals. **The Price is Right (Or is it?)**

#### Wednesday, April 10

Regulators and plaintiffs continue targeting pricing and disclosure practices studied extensively by economists and marketers, including ​“junk fees,” automatic renewals and negative option plans, and the use of ​“dark patterns.” The panel will discuss U.S. and international laws governing these practices, enforcement and litigation trends and debates over economic methods used to analyze such practices.
