# A Report on the Environmental Cases from This Term of the United States Supreme Court

Law Seminar International’s 14th Annual Advanced Natural Resource Damages Conference

On August 13, 2021, partner [John Gilmour](/Our-People/John-D-S-Gilmour) will present ​“A Report on the Environmental Cases from This Term of the United States Supreme Court” at the Law Seminar International’s 14th Annual Advanced Natural Resource Damages Conference. He will discuss the Territory of *Guam v. United States* regarding the extent to which a non-CERCLA settlement agreement may give rise to a contribution action under Section 113 of CERCLA. In addition, he will discuss other cases of interest to NRD practitioners.
