# A Congressional Forum: A Legislative Agenda for 2016

Kelley Drye Seminar

January 13, 2016 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (EST)

With the Presidential campaign, elections in the House of Representatives, 33 Senate races, and the final year of President Obama’s administration, 2016 will embody a highly charged political atmosphere for legislative and policy decisions. In many areas the GOP controlled House and Senate will still try to advance their agendas. Continued action on tax reform, energy, patent reform, trade, defense and healthcare should be anticipated. At the same time, the Obama Administration will want to preserve and enhance its legacy. Tensions between the Administration and the Republican-controlled Congress will continue as regulators push to finalize rule changes. This will be your chance to hear Members of Congress discuss their priorities in the second session of the 114th Congress.

Please join **Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s Government Relations & Public Policy Practice** as the group presents “A Congressional Forum: The Legislative Agenda for 2016.” This event provides clients and friends an opportunity to learn first-hand from leading policymakers about topics that will be relevant in the months ahead.
