# 2015 Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute

Partner [Mark Austrian](/Our-People/Mark-L-Austrian) will lead the ​“2015 Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute” panel. During this session, Mark and the panel of experts will explore issues surrounding the collecting, processing and producing of electronically stored information (ESI). The panel will explain how and why these processes must (1) allow for early, effective case assessment, (2) permit the transfer information from the ESI databases into attorney-friendly, easily accessible electronic case management software, (3) incorporate additional information developed during pre-trial proceedings, (4) permit the evaluation of how these electronic materials may be admitted-and/or excluded- from evidence, and (5) enhance the effective and persuasive management and presentation of information at trial.
