Please join Kelley Drye & Warren LLP at Law Seminar International’s 17th Annual ​“Santa Fe” Advanced Conference on Natural Resource Damages in Santa Fe, New Mexico on **September 19 & 20, 2024**.

Kelley Drye partner[ Bill Jackson ](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/william-j-jackson)is co-chair of the country’s longest-running NRD conference and will present on PFAS matters, while Kelley Drye partner [Lana Rowenko](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/lana-rowenko) will present on the recovery of state enforcement and NRD assessment costs. The conference is a great gathering of national environmental experts and thought leaders in legal, technical, and economic aspects of environmental and natural resource damages law. Among other things, this year we have excellent speakers presenting on:

- Critical Supreme Court rulings impacting environmental enforcement and NRD
- New federal regulations for PFAS under the SDWA and CERCLA and updates on PFAS risks, science, and litigation
- The anticipated impacts of the 2024 federal elections on state and federal environmental actions nationally
- Priorities of the States on environmental and NRD enforcement matters
- Tribal Trustees’ claims for cultural resources, including the legal and expert bases for seeking cultural values
- A private sector panel dedicated to management of environmental risks.
