International Trade Dispute Resolution
International Trade Dispute Resolution
Our international trade team helps clients overcome trade barriers, resolve cross-border disputes and ensure that our trading partners fully meet their obligations under international trade agreements.

We advise clients on all phases of World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement, North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) investor-state dispute settlement and other international agreements.  In coordination with the United States Trade Representative (USTR) and other agencies, our lawyers and economists handle disputes that include trade remedy cases, market access barriers and customs issues, as well as intellectual property questions.

Our team works with clients and governments to provide analysis, develop case strategies, prepare written submissions and present arguments before the appropriate fora.
