Located in the heart of the European Quarter, Kelley Drye attorneys and advisors are well positioned to monitor and proactively advance clients’ interests within the EU institutions.
Our team has substantial experience in creating and implementing comprehensive advocacy strategies tailored to protect and advance business interests and solve problems when they arise. We monitor the EU legislative and policy landscape to provide our clients with the earliest possible warning of legislative and policy developments, position them to influence the changing landscape, and support their compliance and future business planning.

We work closely with clients to guide them through applicable processes; provide legal advice; assist with negotiations; develop position papers; build coalitions; plan and carry out events; and draft written submissions for the attention of the institutions, competent authorities and politicians.  We meet with key political actors within the EU institutions and Member State permanent representations to advocate for our clients.
