WILLIAM J. HORN Analyst
William Horn is an international trade analyst with Georgetown Economic Services (GES). He provides economic and quantitative support in antidumping duty proceedings involving qualitative and quantitative analysis of price and cost data, financial data analysis and petition preparation and filing.

Prior to joining GES, William served as an International Trade Compliance Analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he conducted antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and reviews of both market and non-market economy countries across various industries.  As part of his duties, William also provided complex analyses of the business structures and selling practices of foreign companies, as well as legal and policy analysis of U.S. statutory and WTO obligations.
