Tiffany Arosemena is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Trademark and Copyright practice groups. Tiffany focuses her practice on prosecuting and defending trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, consumer statutes, trade dress, publicity and privacy, and related commercial claims in federal and state courts.
She represents clients from a wide range of industries, including retail, fashion, entertainment and consumer products, working diligently to enforce their intellectual property rights both in the U.S. and abroad. Tiffany has prior experience as a legal intern for Rebecca Minkoff.
In addition to Intellectual Property litigation, Tiffany has experience representing clients in complex commercial litigations and consumer class action defense. She has been involved in all phases of development, ranging from pre-certification motion practice and discovery, to class certification motions, expert discovery, hearings and trial.
Tiffany also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has won both asylum and guardianship cases on behalf of her clients. Tiffany has prior experience as a legal intern for Immigration Equality. She is also one of the co-chairs of the Women at Kelley Drye affinity group.
