Tom Carty serves as Kelley Drye’s executive director. A strong and effective communicator with substantive executive and administrative experience in geographically far-reaching and culturally diverse environments, Tom works directly with Kelley Drye’s executive committee as their senior business leader. Tom’s expertise includes professional service firm management, developing and coordinating micro and macro strategic plans, as well as all facets of business and administrative operations. He is responsible for supervising the firm’s operational, financial, marketing, information technology and administrative functions.
Dedicated to fostering effective teamwork among all levels of professionals by overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the firm, Tom is a solution-oriented thinker, administrator and thought-leader with proven results in business growth initiatives and productivity enhancement. Tom is involved in analyzing the firm’s long- and short-term financial performance. He has created professional development programs, including strategic and succession/sustainability plans, financial and risk management programs, as well as firm-wide best practices initiatives, policies and procedures across state and country lines.
