Tahir Boykins is a litigation associate focusing on commercial and complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including employment, consumer protection, privacy and trademark disputes. Tahir has significant experience in efficiently managing all phases of complex litigation, including: drafting complaints and responsive pleadings; drafting discovery and dispositive motions; conducting and defending fact and expert depositions; and oral argument.
