During law school, Stephanie was the student director of the Fashion Law Institute Pop-Up Clinic at Fordham University School of Law from Fall 2016 – Spring 2018. Also, she participated in the Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic for the Fall 2017 semester.
Represented a global institutional investment firm in a successful ten day arbitration hearing regarding claims by a former employee, which resulted in an arbitrator dismissing all claims and awarding Claimant zero dollars from a demand of over $27 million.

Achieved back to back dismissals in a pair of privacy class actions against a firm client claiming violations of Florida’s Security of Communication Act (FSCA) and California’s Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA).
Defended website owner/operators against putative class action claims asserting privacy violations under state wiretapping statutes.
Assisting in defending an insurance provider in TCPA class action claims related to use of outbound telemarketing.
