Sebastian Clarkin is a third-generation labor and employment attorney, and focuses his practice in all areas of labor and employment law. Sebastian is an experienced litigator who regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. He also has significant experience with Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
