Ronnie Arenas focuses his practice on all areas of labor and employment law, including litigation, advice and counsel, and preventative training.
Ronnie’s extensive litigation experience includes all phases from the pleading stage through trial. He represents clients against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related torts and liabilities under both state and federal laws.
In addition to his litigation and trial work, Ronnie advises and represents clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and unfair practice charges. He routinely appears before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), the Employment Development Department (EDD), and before impartial arbitrators and hearing officers.
Fluent in Spanish, Ronnie is one of a handful of attorneys that can provide clients with effective employment and safety training in both languages, including trainings regarding effective management practices and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
During law school, Ronnie was on the Board of Governors for the Trial Advocacy Honors Program.
