During his 60 plus years of practice, Bob Ehrenbard focused on litigation and international transactions and disputes. He represented a wide variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to sole proprietors and from celebrities to welfare candidates.

Bob tried jury and non-jury cases and arbitrations in many parts of the United States and Puerto Rico, argued appeals in most of the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, and appeared in the U.S. Supreme Court.  His broad-based litigation practice included cases involving RICO, fraud, securities laws, stockholder derivative claims, class actions, product liability, mergers and acquisitions, breach of fiduciary duty, franchise and distributor disputes, insurance, intellectual and other property rights, unfair competition, will contests, family disputes, defamation, civil rights, bankruptcy and reorganization, workouts, and breaches of a variety of contracts.

In his international work, Bob acted both as a litigation and business lawyer.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Bob was the law clerk for the Honorable Edward J. Dimock in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

He is currently a life partner in the firm.
