Renu Shevade is special counsel in the firm's Parsippany office.  She focuses her practice on the representation of property owners and commercial and residential developers before municipal, county and state authorities in connection with securing land use approvals, including site plan approvals, subdivision approvals, bulk and use variances and related environmental permits.  She has also represented clients in connection with various state land use regulatory initiatives.  Renu also has experience representing federally licensed telecommunications carriers in connection with obtaining land use approvals for wireless antennas and tower sites and has negotiated site leases for carriers.
