Renu Shevade focuses her practice on the representation of property owners and commercial and residential developers before municipal, county and state authorities in connection with securing land use approvals, including site plan approvals, subdivision approvals, bulk and use variances and related environmental permits. She has also represented clients in connection with various state land use regulatory initiatives. In addition, Renu has advised federally licensed telecommunications carriers in obtaining land use approvals for wireless antennas and tower sites, and has negotiated site leases for carriers.
