Nidhi Srivastava is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment practice. Nidhi represents employers in a variety of employment-related disputes including class and collective actions and single-plaintiff claims arising under federal and state laws across the country. She has successfully defended claims arising under Title VII, the EPA, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, NYLL, NYSHRL and NYCHRL.
Nidhi regularly advises and counsels clients regarding employer policies, handbooks, and practices to mitigate risk. She also conducts workplace investigations and anti-harassment and EEO training for C-suite, manager/supervisor, and staff/employee groups.
Nidhi also has substantial experience advising companies on employment matters in the context of mergers and acquisitions and other transactions. She regularly advises clients on restrictive covenants, commission and bonus plans, and assists with drafting executive employment agreements as well as separation agreements.
