Obtained a nine-figure damages verdict and punitive damages finding against an insurance company after a six-week jury trial for an automotive safety company.

Successfully handled a multimillion-dollar litigation brought by a recording artist client against a former business manager.

Defeated a lawsuit brought by a landlord to evict an NY- and LA-based nonprofit organization focused on the social significance of television, radio and emerging platforms for the professional community and media-interested public from its long-term leasehold. 

Obtained a favorable result in a business dispute between partners in a closely held pizza chain.

Handled a series of lawsuits brought by life insurance companies against former insurance agents related to alleged fraud, netting millions in recovery for clients.
