MICHAEL W. REINING Associate
Michael Reining is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group.  He represents creditors, including landlords and official committees of unsecured creditors, in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructurings.  His practice focuses on providing counsel to commercial landlords and REITs in connection with retail and restaurant bankruptcy cases across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles Novack of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

During law school, Michael served as an intern to the Honorable Sidney B. Brooks of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
