Michael McMahon advises clients on a full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions. Michael’s commercial real estate practice primarily involves the representation of investment banks, life insurance companies, institutional lenders and investors involved in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions, including conduit loan origination, whole loan and subordinate debt origination, loan purchases and co-lender arrangements.
Selected for inclusion in the Irish Legal 100 Irish Rising Stars, Michael has negotiated, documented and closed billions of dollars of transactions over the course of his career. He is regularly involved in deals that range in size and complexity from tens to hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate investment.
