Marc Nawyn is an associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation.
Marc advises clients on negotiating and drafting employment agreements, consulting agreements, severance packages and releases. He assists clients in developing, implementing and administering qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans and other compensatory arrangements, including stock option plans, restricted stock plans, omnibus equity plans, cash bonus plans, employee stock purchase plans, executive retirement plans and other deferred compensation arrangements. Marc also advises clients on complying with corporate governance rules and best practices, securities disclosure laws and stock exchange listing requirements as they relate to executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
