Lily Francis is a senior associate in the firm's New York office. She focuses her practice on trusts and estates, tax, estate planning and administration.
Lily has experience with all aspects of estate administration, gift tax, estate tax and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, including valuation issues for estate and gift tax matters, probate proceedings, settlement of accounts of trustees' proceedings judicially and on informal basis, requests to remove a fiduciary or trustee, and guardianship petitions. She is also experienced in litigating disputes involving trust and estate accounting proceedings and contested wills based upon allegations that the will is invalid due to incompetence, improper signing or undue influence.
