Leah Rabkin counsels clients on a wide range of legal, legislative, and compliance matters relating to government contracts. A former Capitol Hill staffer, Leah brings practical experience and an insider’s perspective to the complex issues surrounding state and federal government programs. Her practice focuses on ethics and compliance for government contractors, including the use and protection of information through open records laws, cybersecurity, and disclosure requirements. She also has extensive experience in federal and state campaign finance, lobbying disclosure and ethics rule compliance.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Leah was a law clerk for the Office of the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission and a legal intern for Comcast-NBCUniversal. Before law school, Leah served as an assistant to U.S. Congresswoman Doris O. Matsui (D-CA) for three years.
