Lauren Myers is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on advertising and marketing, data privacy and information security, product safety, and other consumer protection law matters.
Lauren advises clients on a variety of privacy and consumer protection issues, regularly drafting privacy policies, data privacy agreements, endorsement agreements, and regulatory comments. In addition, Lauren often reviews product labels and substantiation, advising clients regarding substantiation needs for advertising claims. Lauren has also advised clients on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, advising on consent requirements and reviewing and revising internal compliance documents.
Lauren currently serves on the Duke Law Alumni Association’s Board of Directors.
