Kerianne Losier is a member of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright and Litigation practice groups. Kerianne focuses her practice on prosecuting and defending trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, trade dress, false advertising, publicity and privacy, DTSA, and related commercial claims in federal and state courts. Her experience also includes the successful advocacy and resolution of inter partes proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
In addition to litigation, Kerianne regularly provides intellectual property advice and counseling to entrepreneurs and multinational corporations. She represents clients in a various range of industries including fashion, media, technology, and consumer goods and services.
Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Kerianne was an associate at an international law firm, where she focused on complex intellectual property matters.
