KERIANNE LOSIER Senior Associate
Kerianne Losier is a member of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright and Litigation practice groups.  Kerianne focuses her practice on prosecuting and defending trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, trade dress, false advertising, publicity and privacy, DTSA, and related commercial claims in federal and state courts.  Her experience also includes the successful advocacy and resolution of inter partes proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

In addition to litigation, Kerianne regularly provides intellectual property advice and counseling to entrepreneurs and multinational corporations.  She represents clients in a various range of industries including fashion, media, technology, and consumer goods and services.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Kerianne was an associate at an international law firm, where she focused on complex intellectual property matters.

Assisted an international consumer goods company in anti-counterfeiting proceedings to stop piracy of products and packaging, including securing and overseeing execution of ex parte seizure order at brick and mortar retailer.

Assisted a fashion brand, in multiple trademark and copyright disputes concerning design features applied to apparel.

Assisted a publisher in copyright infringement suit over the worldwide distribution of content in new and traditional media.

Assisted a digital media service in trademark infringement litigation concerning the use of a common term in the health and wellness space.

Assisted a luggage maker in trademark and trade dress action concerning use of product design feature.
