Kaelyne Wietelman is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.  Kaelyne’s practice focuses on a broad range of regulatory and civil litigation matters, including consumer protection, privacy, and data security law matters, and has worked extensively in the health care and technology industries.

Kaelyne is highly engaged with the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section.  She currently serves as a Young Lawyer Representative for the Committee for the Presidential Transition Task Force and the Diversity.Advanced initiative.  Kaelyne has volunteered on numerous pro bono matters ranging from immigration to a high-impact nationwide case preventing the government from reducing SNAP benefits for hundreds of thousands of people.  Prior to Kelley Drye, Kaelyne worked at a global law firm and the Consumer Law Unit at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia.

Kaelyne is only admitted in Virginia.  She is practicing under the supervision of principals of the firm who are members of the D.C. bar.
