JORDAN A. RODRIGUEZ Associate
Jordan Rodriguez is an associate in the firm’s Houston office and represents clients in the litigation and trial of environmental, commercial, and general civil matters. He concentrates on environmental and natural resources law, with an emphasis on environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and enforcement defense. Jordan advises clients on a range of environmental matters, including the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and natural resource damage issues. He also counsels clients on the legislative and regulatory framework for shale gas development and hydraulic fracturing at the state, federal, and international levels. In addition, Jordan monitors federal, state, and local legislation and rulemakings related to water availability and use issues. He counsels clients on potential impacts of initiatives to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act and other issues related to climate change policy.
