Jennifer Fischer is a litigation associate who focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, employment law, and consumer class action defense, including alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Jennifer was previously a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, Employment Litigation. She defended the State of New Jersey, its departments and agencies, in all aspects of employment litigation.
