Fabio Dworschak’s practice focuses on environmental and commercial disputes and appeals in state and federal courts. Fabio also advises regulated companies and industries on environmental and natural resources matters. Fabio began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Rolando Olvera in the Southern District of Texas.
Fabio has represented public and private clients in a diverse array of disputes, including actions arising from the Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), breach of contract, and business and environmental torts.
Fabio has advised clients on regulatory issues arising from the Clean Air Act (CAA), CWA, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and tribal law.
Before law school, Fabio served as an Army medic during deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Fabio earned the Combat Medic Badge in Iraq for medical services rendered while under hostile fire.
