Elizabeth Silver is a senior associate in the firm’s Parsippany office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on consumer class action defense, such as those related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), civil RICO, antitrust, and false advertising. Elizabeth’s litigation experience includes defending class actions in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. She also has extensive experience in e-discovery matters.

Representation of clients under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) relating to alleged misleading/unsubstantiated advertising claims.
Representation of major wireless carrier in a class action suit alleging claims under state consumer protection statute.
Representation of energy supplier in a class action alleging breach of contract, fraud, and violation of Consumer Protection Act, relating to variable rate advertising.
Acted as co-lead counsel in arbitration trial involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, and civil RICO, including examining expert witnesses (both direct and cross).
