Elisa Nemiroff is a senior associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on counseling clients regarding all elements of advertising and promoting their brands, products, and services across all media. She works closely with clients to evaluate both the legal and business considerations of domestic and international advertising campaigns and to ensure these campaigns comply with laws.
Elisa provides advice to a wide variety of companies, such as manufacturers of foods, beverages, and dietary supplements, including leading companies in the distilled spirits and quick service restaurant industries, as well as a major gasoline marketer, direct marketers, retailers, Internet service providers and other consumer products companies.
