Diana Hamar focuses her practice in all areas of labor and employment law, with a specific emphasis on defending clients against wage and hour disputes, executive agreements, and general risk mitigation. Diana regularly represents employers in federal and state courts and before government agencies.

Always poised and prepared, Diana has successfully helped multiple clients defeat wage and hour class and conditional certification, conducted internal wage-hour audits, and represented clients who are audited by state and federal administrative agencies. Similarly, she has helped senior executives and employers navigate high-stakes employment agreements.

Additionally, Diana regularly counsels employers on risk management, litigation prevention, disability and leave processes, and other employment law issues. Diana is a frequent speaker and commentator on trending employment issues and legal changes. She is also a regular author for the firm’s labor and employment blog Labor Days.
