Diana’s litigation practice involves the defense of employers in a variety of employment-related claims including class action and single-plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations. Diana has extensive experience representing employers in both federal and state court and before government agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Diana regularly counsels employers on risk management, litigation prevention, wage-and-hour compliance, disability and leave processes, and other employment law issues.
