David Lindenbaum is a senior associate in the firm’s New York office. He litigates patent, trademark, copyright, and false advertising disputes, including cases in federal district and appellate courts, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. David also prosecutes patent and trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, authors opinions relating to patent validity and infringement, and serves as lead counsel for patent license negotiations on behalf of international corporations. His experience spans a variety of technical fields, including automotive systems, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, medical devices, telecommunications, computer software, website and mobile applications, consumer electronic devices, manufacturing equipment, and financial services.
Successfully defended a patent directed to fuel-systems in an instituted IPR filed by a major automobile manufacturer (PTAB). Representing the patent owner in a patent infringement suit against the automobile manufacturer (E.D. Pa.).
Representing the owner of a patent portfolio directed to insurance claim processing systems in multiple patent infringement suits and concurrent CBM proceedings before the PTAB.

Secured affirmance of jury verdict of invalidity for a prominent health and beauty aids manufacturer in a patent infringement suit directed to sanitizing lotions (D. Del., Fed. Cir.).
