Christina Nordsten is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice.  Christina is an experienced litigator whose practice is principally focused on representing employers in class action and single-plaintiff cases involving wage and hour disputes and claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.  Christina has successfully defended both small and large corporate clients targeted in class action and representative suits in both state and federal court.  She also has significant commercial litigation experience involving commercial class actions, antitrust, securities, and copyright and trademark disputes.  Christina is well versed in developing and deploying a creative defense strategy and provides her clients with an aggressive and effective approach in resolving their cases.
