Cameron Argetsinger focuses his practice on insurance recovery litigation.  Cameron has represented corporate policyholders in a broad range of insurance coverage disputes, including claims regarding coverage for employment practices liability, environmental contamination, antitrust litigation, flood and hurricane damage, intellectual property liability, false advertising, lead-based paint, asbestos, the False Claims Act, overseas tort liabilities and directors’ and officers’ liability.

In addition to insurance recovery, Cameron has represented clients in a number of commercial disputes.  His experience in commercial litigation ranges from false advertising and defamation, to construction design defects and international trade.

Cameron has represented clients in trial and appellate courts and arbitration tribunals all over the U.S., including federal and state courts in Virginia, Ohio, New York, Illinois, North Carolina and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Court of International Trade.  Moreover, he has successfully resolved many claims on behalf of policyholders through negotiations prior to filing litigation.
