Brittany McElmury is an associate in the litigation practice, focusing on commercial and complex civil litigation disputes in the telecommunication and financial services industries. Brittany also defends clients in patent infringement cases.
Brittany represents clients nationally in both federal and state trial and appellate courts, assisting firm clients through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, including depositions, briefs and trials.
Brittany’s practice also focuses on appellate advocacy. She has appeared before the Seventh, Eleventh, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Brittany volunteers her time as a Tutor for Tutoring Chicago, a non-profit organization that provides one-on-one tutoring services to economically disadvantaged children in grades 1-6.
