Anthony Lombardo’s practice focuses on representing institutional and commercial lenders and other financial institutions in the origination and securitization of commercial mortgage, balance sheet and mezzanine loans. Anthony also has experience with commercial mortgage foreclosure litigation, lease disputes, title insurance coverage actions, construction litigation, and other general commercial real estate matters.

Anthony was a pro bono scholar and legal intern in Fordham Law School’s Criminal Defense Clinic where he represented indigent New Yorkers in pre-trial criminal proceedings, parole, and post-conviction litigation.
