Annie Mitchell is a senior associate in the litigation practice, focusing on commercial and complex civil litigation. Her practice focuses on representing corporate clients in commercial, banking, and financial services business disputes at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts. Annie has significant experience in efficiently managing all phases of litigation including conducting discovery and depositions, appearing in court and arguing motions, preparing for trial and navigating appeals. She also frequently assists clients in mediations and in negotiating favorable settlements and outcomes.
