Reminders: FCC Filings Due August 1, 2013

Please be reminded of the upcoming due dates for the Reports listed below:

Form 499-Q Quarterly Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet

Carriers providing interstate telecommunications and required to contribute to federal universal service support mechanisms must report their actual end user and wholesale revenues and projected end user revenues for each calendar quarter by filing Form 499Q on a quarterly basis.  The Form 499Q filing, providing historical revenue data for April 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 and projected data for October 1, 2103 through December 31, 2013 is due to USAC by August 1, 2013.

Form 502: North American Numbering Plan Numbering Resource Utilization/Forecast Report

Section 54.215(f) of the Commission’s rules requires carriers that receive numbers from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (“NANPA”), pooling administrator, or other carrier to file the Form 502 to report numbering usage and forecast future numbering resource needs.  Reports reflecting information for the preceding 6-month period ending June 30, 2013 are due to the NANPA by August 1, 2013.  The Form 502 can be found here.
