Every year, Kelley Drye’s Corporate Finance & Securities Practice Group prepares client advisories that provide an updated list of annual activities for public companies, their Boards of Directors, or their Audit, Compensation and Nominating/Governance Committees, especially in connection with the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
